The OnTrack 360° Comprehensive Church Consultation is a church health assessment process that focuses on the current status of your church, the demographics and culture of the community, and the needs to be addressed. Through an agreed upon approach for the diagnosis process, the church will embark upon an evaluation of the current state of the church. Only after a proper diagnosis is made can steps be taken to prescribe solutions for the future of the church.
