God created everything to grow in a process--every tree, every bush, every flower, every person. Why, then, do we try to grow the church with programs, rapid spurts, high attendance days and special events? While all these have their place, the missing element is an intentional process for growth. The CG2 Plan (Church Growth Growth Plan) is a contextualized church growth process. An OnTrack facilitator helps leaders discover and plan for the future by considering "What could be...." Once the context is adequately identified and a plan is in place, OnTrack facilitators will help define "what should be..." andimplement "What will be...." The CG2Plan will help: • Achieve balanced, sustainable growth • Generate a growth process tailored to individual circumstances and situations • Prioritize areas that need attention in order to assure solid, balanced growth • Create a plan that will maximize growth potential • Set realistic and attainable goals for growth • Manage day-by-day growth results
